  • All customers are treated with respect. We are computer repair professionals.
  • All parts and accessories that enter the lab will be accounted for and returned at pickup.
  • If your device costs less to replace than to repair, we will inform you immediately.
  • If we accept your repair, It’s our priority to complete it in a timely manner.
  • If additional problems are found during a repair, you will be contacted for authorization before incurring additional cost. 
  • If you need parts to be ordered, we will take the time to find you the best price on the best part.
  • If you dispose of a device with us, the data stored in it will be securely erased.
  • If you decline to complete a repair in progress, your device will be reassembled with care.
